Arterra is a modern luxury apartment building in Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District. The Arterra project is still under construction but has a model unit open.

LMG Construction is the design-assist plumbing subcontractor, working with JE Dunn, HO+K, Altus, Copaken Brooks, JE Dunn Construction and HOK Architects on the Arterra apartments in the Crossroads District in Kansas City. The project broke ground on August 10th, 2017.

Located at 21st and Wyandotte streets in downtown Kansas City, MO, the $40 million tower will include 126 luxury units ranging from studios through three-bedroom apartments. The project, which is being built by JE Dunn, also will include first-floor retail, an integrated parking garage and best-in-class amenity spaces, including an infinity pool overlooking Liberty Memorial and Penn Valley Park, as well as a 12th-floor amenity suite offering unparalleled skyline views. Designed by HO+K, the Arterra building will total approximately 200,000 square feet and will include more than 100,000 square feet of Prescient structure.
